This app is great! I am working on doing 50 dead-hang pullups, but I'm not even close yet. Last week, I could do 3 pullups. Now I can do 6 pullups maxing out.

The voice really helps and encourages you to keep going. I love it! No complaints, except maybe be able to search for people by similar amount of max reps in competitions.

Awesome apps!!

Let me tell you this: all 4 apps are really cool and chalenging!! I'm using crunchfu,pullupfu,pushupfu and crunchfu...their's nothing difficult in placing the iphone or ipod right, so that the app counts and tells you your mistakes,just follow the instruction...

Excellent motivator to keep you focused

I initially got this simply so that I'd have something to keep count of my reps for me - after using it for a week I've found it (and the other GymFu apps) to be extremely well structured workouts allowing you to build to a specific goal.

It starts out with an "assessment" of your current max reps and the starts you on a workout track based accordingly. It also promotes use of good form for the exercises. Definately helps to make your workouts FUN!!
